Fredrik Backman has a gift for telling the human story。 This book had me feeling all of the feels！ I laughed， cried， rolled my eyes and sobbed helplessly。 Ove， although a fictitious character， feels like everyone I’ve met who’s demeanor has been misunderstood。 The layers revealed， of Ove’s character， throughout the book made it hard to put down。 This work will remain with me always。 Chefs kiss to the author。

Oh my gosh， what a wonderful book。 It’s amazing how a book with such a dark topic can be written in a way that makes you laugh。 While this dealt with some heavy subject matter， it was also heartwarming and sweet。 I loved seeing Ove’s arc。 I absolutely adored his neighbor， Parvaneh！ Honestly， the whole cast of characters are amazing。 I love how everyone is connected。 I never cry while reading， but this book had tears in my eyes while at the same time had me smiling。 I definitely recommend！
